Rena graduated from the University of Florida in 2006 with a BS in psychology and a minor in wildlife ecology. She has always felt a strong connection with animals and therefore knew this was the right career for her. Rena joined the EAAC team in 2009 after several years working in the animal care field. She lives in Smyrna with her husband, chihuahua herd, fluffy cat and two birds.
