East Atlanta Animal Clinic has an on-site pharmacy, so some of your pet’s medications can be provided directly by us. However, an outside pharmacy will sometimes be needed to supply your pet’s medication. We will help you find the best source, whether it is a specialty compounding pharmacy or retail “human” pharmacy to get the medications your pet needs.
NOTE: Please try to call us 1-2 business days in advance when requesting refills of prescriptions so that we can have it ready and waiting for you when you arrive.
East Atlanta Animal Clinic also has an online pharmacy where you can easily get all of your pet’s medications and prescription diets. Products can be delivered to your home for about the same price as you would pay in our clinic. EAAC has partnered with VetSource, an online pharmacy with Vet-VIPPS accreditation through the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy.
Each of the products from our online pharmacy comes with the same manufacturer guarantee you would get when you buy the product in-person at our clinic. You may be surprised to learn that many manufacturers cannot guarantee their products when they are obtained through some of the generic online pet pharmacies.
EAAC’s online pharmacy carries heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, prescription therapeutic drugs, wellness supplements AND prescription diets. Prices are comparable to what you would pay in our clinic. In addition, prices stay competitive within the pharmacy market. VetSource even offers promotions or coupons from time to time.
