Dr. Starnes graduated from the University of Georgia’s College of Veterinary Medicine in 2003. In her free time, she enjoys attending UGA games, spending time with family and friends and reading. Dr. Starnes is an Atlanta native. She currently lives in Oakhurst with her husband Steve and their four-legged kids Lucy, Walker, Filmore, Micah, Pete and Whiskey.
